Herbed Sumac Rice
Ingredients:
1 cup Jasmine rice
2 cups chicken broth
2 Tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
Juice & zest of 1/2 lemon
1 Tablespoon sumac
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook the rice in the broth instead of water.
When the rice is finished cooking, add the butter and stir well. Set aside to cool.
Add the herbs to the rice along with the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
