SANDWICH SAUCE

SANDWICH SAUCE

Sandwich Sauce

Ingredients:

1/2 cup mayo

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1 Tablespoon capers, chopped

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/8 teaspoon habañero powder

1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper

Directions:

Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir to combine.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using.

Notes:

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Sandwch sauce, sure, but as a chicken dipping sauce? *Chef's kiss!*

Alright, you don't have to use habañero powder. You can use cayenne, red pepper flakes, or none at all. I just happen to love the flavor and heat of my habañero powder. Whatever. Sheesh.

Capers add the acid to balance this spread, but you can use chopped cornuchon, sweet relish, or your left sneaker. Just kidding about the sneaker. I was just checking to see if you're paying attention. Eat the rich.
