Roasted Garlic
Ingredients:
Head of garlic
Olive oil
Fresh ground black pepper
Kosher salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cut to top 1/2 inch (the end opposite the root) off the garlic head.
Place in a square of aluminum foil. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fold the foil to seal.
Bake for 45-50 minutes.

Notes:
Once the garlic cools, you can just squeeze the yummy sweet garlic out of its papery shell.
