Pecan Balls
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sifted flour
1 cup ground pecans

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Mix ingredients in large bowl. Roll into small balls (1-2 inch diameter).
Bake 10 minutes.
Roll in powdered sugar while warm.

Notes:
Toast raw pecans at 325°F for about 5 minutes before grinding them up.
