1 teaspoon dried lavender flowers
1 tablespoon fennel seed

3 tablespoons dried marjoram
3 tablespoons dried savory
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried mint
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 teaspoon dried lavender flowers
Directions:
Combine the herbs and store in an airtight container at room temperature.
Notes:
I use this mixture on almost everything. Since I push it so hard in so many recipes, I decided to share my blend. I keep a lot of spices in my cupboard so it's not hard for me to put it together. If you don't want to spend a fortune making your own, my favorite spice vendor (The Spice Way) sells them on Amazon at a bargain price.
