Homemade Granola
Ingredients:
2 cups oats
1/2 cup slivered almonds or pecan halves
1/2 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon
2 Tablespoons maple syrup, agave nectar, or honey
2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup each dried blueberries and dried cherries

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F
Mix the oats, nuts, cinnamon, and seeds together on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Drizzle with maple syrup, agave nectar, or honey and olive oil. Mix it all together and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 5 minutes.
When cool, mix in the dried fruit.

Store in an airtight container. Use within two weeks (if you can make it last that long)
