COPYCAT COLESLAW





Copycat Coleslaw

Ingredients:

3/4 cup mayonnaise

6 Tablespoons granulated sugar

5 teaspoons white vinegar

2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

2 teaspoons lemon jiuce

1/8 teaspoon salt

8 cups (1 head) cabbage, finely chopped

1/4 cup shredded and chopped carrot (about 1/2 carrot)

2 Tablespoons minced white onion


Directions:

Whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegars, lemon juice and salt in a large bowl.

Stir the cabbage, carrot and onion into the dressing.

Cover and chill for at least 4 hours.


Notes:

If you do not know what to do with coleslaw, I can't help you.
