Ingredients:
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3 Tablespoons honey
3 Tablespoons chipotles in adobo
1/2 Tablespoon salt
4 tablespoons of water
1/2 cup of neutral oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

Directions:
Place vinegar, chipotles, honey, water, and salt in blender or food processor.
Drizzle oil into the blender while it is running, to emulsify everything until it is smooth.
