Bean Dip
Ingredients:
1 15 oz. can refried black beans
5 slices pickled jalepenos
1 Tablespoon brine, from bottled jalepenos
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
5 slices pickled jalepenos
1 Tablespoon brine, from bottled jalepenos
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions:
Combine ingredients in food processor and puree until smooth. Cover and chill for at least an hour before serving.
Notes:
If you want more spice and flavor, add a quarter cup or so of your favorite jarred salsa. Use your imagination.
